Rajeev Panjwani has over 25 years of leadership, business development and operations experience in the F&B, hospitality and professional services industries, having successfully launched and operated multi-location business units in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East.
Rajeev is presently Director of the Missing Link Group in Singapore, comprising of the Coriander Leaf CHIJMES, Coriander Leaf Polo Club, The Paddock Bistro, and Shirene’s Patisserie.
Chef Iskander has traversed Asia over the past decade seeking culinary knowledge and skills. He believes Asian cuisine always has something new to offer, and much to experiment with.
As Head of Operations, Iskander plays a hands-on role and steers the development of the restaurant’s food and beverage offering. He continues to introduce new Asian cuisines and balance flavour profiles on the menu. Apart from the restaurant, Iskander is also actively involved in numerous TV cooking competitions and is a prominent local celebrity figure in Singapore.
