Harra mix is a sauce that has origins in the Middle East. It can be found in places such as Syria, Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon.
The mix is typically tossed with roasted or fried potatoes, giving rise to the popular Middle Eastern dish, Batata Harra (Spicy Potatoes). Traditionally eaten as part of a mezze, it can, however, be eaten as an side dish.
It is also a great sauce for meat, such as fish. The Lebanese dish, Samke Harra, for example.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon harra mix - or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice - or to taste
to taste salt
Roasting Method: (New Potatoes)
Frying Method: (Russet Potatoes)
Alternatives:
Any roasted meats/proteins or vegetables, such as peppers or eggplants are perfect combination with this sauce.
Simply replace equal amount of the potatoes.
